Very High Bond Tapes
High bond tapes are provided with high performance pressure - sensitive adhesives for long term durability as nd permanet bonding. The foam core distributes stress evenly throughout the joint and transfers stress away from the adhesive bond. A range of thickness allows for superior bonding of dissimilar materials and mismatches surfaces. Very High Bond Tapes remain flexible in low temperatures and provide enhanced shock and vibration absorption.

P.U. Foam Tape
Specially formulated micro-cellular polyurethane foams protect sensitive and delicate equipments from noise, vibration and impact. Provides excellent compression set and good resistance to moisture, chemicals and solvents.

Silicone Gasketing Foams
Silicone gasketing foams are designed for high performance gasketing, thermal management, vibration mounts and press pads. Silicone rubber gaskets products provide flexibility, high temperature stability and general inertness making them an excellent choice for extreme environmental conditions or where chemical substances are present.
Applications include: Aircraft insulation, outdoor lighting seals, printed circuit press pad, packaging equipment seals, electronic enclosures, aerospace ground support systems, transit window gaskets, food service coffee maker gaskets, commercial ovens, freezing chambers.
Adhesion Promoter - TITE R-BOND
Tite-R-Bond adhesion promoters designs to work in conjunction with acrylic, pressure sensitive adhesive systems. Tite-R-Bond improves bonding on substrates that resist adhesion, can be used to develop an immediate quick stick and generally improves bond performance. Various formulations are available for a range of substrates.
Vacuum Bagging Films
CHEMFILM VB® is the only ultra high temperature (600EF), highly conformable (550% elongation), and chemically inert vacuum bagging film available. Compare the data shown for CHEMFILM VB versus other materials typically used in composite fabrication in order to understand its superior performance, particularly for complex shapes and high temperature resins.
